What to expect
When you join Anastassia Ballroom & Dance studio, you become part of our dance family. Our instructors recognize that not all customers learn the same way. Expect to find a trusted dance instructor - caring, compassionate, creative, patient, and highly knowledgeable. Our instructors have experience working with special needs students and can adapt teaching styles to improve understanding. You will learn to dance quickly and easily, whatever your goals may be! Our social dancing programs offer great date night ideas, ways to meet new people, and outreach with your local Florida community.
What to Wear
We want you to feel comfortable dancing! Your clothes should always allow for flexible movements. Wear comfy attire that flows with your body. Avoid tight fitting clothes that will restrict your motion. A collared shirt, dress pants, loose dresses and skirts are preferred for rehearsal performances. Although we live in Florida, we recommend wearing dress shoes. Please avoid extra high heels and beach sandals. Wearing shoes with support and a small low to medium heels are optimal for both men and women. 2.5" heel is standard for women's shoes. Dance skirts are optional.
