These frequently asked questions address our online dance lessons, what to expect, how to register, how to pay and other customer concerns.
You may call to enroll, email your request or purchase classes on our online Square shop. You will receive an emailed link to our virtual classroom within 24 hours after you register. If you prefer text messaged link, please call us for more details. Online ticketing closes 2 hours prior to the start of class.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay in addition to money order, cash and PayPal.

If you paid using our online shop, you were asked a series of questions during checkout to ease our scheduling process and personalize your virtual dance experience. After payment is processed, a staff member will contact you to confirm the class time and date. You can always give us a call or send us an email to discuss more details and virtual options. All are virtual dance programs are available via tablet, desktop and laptop with webcam, or camera phone. All you need is cellular or internet connection, and a computer with webcam or camera phone. Devices typically have an embedded microphone and speakers. We recommend you download the video conference app prior to our lessons to avoid any technology issues. Most cell phones and tablets will work well, though a tripod or stand is recommended for our instructors to best teach and instruct your performances.

Please cancel within 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, class or party - otherwise, you will be charged the full price of the class. Please review our terms and conditions for further information.
We want every individual to discover the live, ballroom dance experience, be it in-studio or online. But due to our limited enrollment size and the security and privacy concerns for our group class members, we require pre-registration. Prior to the start of class, you will receive an email with link to the dance session. As always, we monitor and authenticate participants in order to provide a welcoming virtual dance environment for all.
We provide live, video lessons with one-on-one instruction with student music selection and custom choreography specific to each dance student. All our dance instructors are dancesport professionals with over 20 years experience. Our virtual lessons and dance choreography can accommodate students of all levels and ages, from beginners to advanced.
